How can I schedule an appointment?
You can book a virtual session through the Appointments section. If you would like to book an in person event, please fill out our contact form or contact us by emailing shantsoundwellness@gmail.com for further information and quotes. We look forward to hearing from you!
What do I need for a virtual session?
Appointment bookings are virtual and therefore, you will be in your own space. Feel free to have water, cacao, coffee, or tea nearby. For sound therapy, an eye pillow is optional. Headphones are recommended for all virtual sessions. Dress comfortably. A blanket and pillow may be used for sound therapy as it is often a laying down experience. For breathwork or meditation, you may want a cushion or pillow to sit up on. Let us know if you have any questions.
